Storytelling is a strategic function as we scale. It's how we build belief in what we do as an integrated eCommerce logistics specialist.
To do this, we're adding a Senior Content Marketer to the regional marketing team to drive Teleport's narrative – with a sharp focus on high-stakes content for investors, executives, and market-facing audiences.
This isn't a typical content role. You'll craft and execute high-impact content that connects Teleport's business momentum with clear, credible messaging – all without losing our distinctive brand voice and flair.
You'll work closely with product marketing, comms, commercial, ops, finance, and leadership to:
- Turn internal updates and external signals into a clear, credible narrative that resonates across investor, executive, and commercial audiences
- Adapt quickly between contexts and formats - from a CEO talking point to a LinkedIn post or investor-style brief - without losing message clarity
- Apply strong content marketing fundamentals - with the ability to shift tone across audiences, and craft everything from high-stakes memos to social-first, SME-friendly content
This is a full-time, on-site role based in our headquarters in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You'll travel occasionally to capture stories that bring the Teleport brand to life (so get your passport ready).
You'll thrive in this role if you're a deep thinker and a nimble doer who approaches content differently. Technicals matter, experimentation excites you, and you move fast without perfect input but with clear intention.

SALARY RANGE : XXX - XXX
A DAY IN A LIFEEvery day is different, but most of your time will go toward:
- Contributing to the marketing strategy
- Planning and executing content across different audiences, objectives, formats, and channels
- Leading brand and content-heavy campaigns
- Developing clear content briefs and overseeing the execution of creative assets
- Working across teams, partners, customers, and stakeholders to interview, gather insights, and shape stories from the ground up
- Reviewing content performance and iterating based on what works (and what doesn't)
- Staying updated on industry and market trends, and jumping in to support broader marketing efforts - including assisting with video shoots and other hands-on moments when it counts
- Light editing or assembling of visuals and videos using tools like CapCut or Canva - especially for quick-turn or social-first stories
- 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B content, product marketing, or comms — with strong English proficiency, ideally in high-context or fast-moving environments
- Skilled at owning and executing content strategy across channels — from social and email to landing pages and events
- Able to connect the dots and translate complexity into clear, engaging content with strong structure and tone control — from high-level decks to social-first stories
- Experienced in developing sharp briefs and overseeing content from idea to final asset
- Brings a strong eye for design, with the ability to guide or refine visual direction
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally while working independently and reliably
- Confident switching between strategy and execution
- Fluent in analysing data to iterate and improve what lands
- Mature in working with senior stakeholders, handling sensitive information, and building trust through content
- Bonus: exposure to logistics, eCommerce, lifecycle marketing, AI tools, or founder-led storytelling environments
