About the role

Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. As a full-time Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

What you'll be doing

  1. Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content and assets that resonate with our target audience
  3. Analyse and interpret marketing data to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously explore new opportunities to enhance our marketing efforts
  5. Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional development
  6. Contribute to the overall marketing strategy and help shape the long-term vision for the brand

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 8 years of experience in a Senior Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably within the FMCG, F&B, retail, bakery/pastry, or lifestyle brands industries
  2. Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
  3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable results
  4. Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to use insights to inform decision-making
  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
  6. Experience in leading and mentoring a team of marketing professionals
  7. Proficiency in using marketing technology and tools, such as social media platforms, content management systems, and data analytics software
