  • To liaise with agents at ports of call on the vessel status.
  • To prepare Daily Vessel Movement Report and circulate it to other department.
  • To keep track on all the vessel's statutory certificates and keep them current and on annual survey with class and marine.
  • To check, verify and supervise requisitions from vessels against physical condition in the vessel.
  • Carry out planned survey onboard vessel, conduct site inspection, to highlight necessary maintenance and repair (when necessary) and to follow safe work practices.
  • Ad-hoc tasks instructed by Management.
  • At least 2 years working experiences in marine offshore vessel operations.
  • Attended required offshore courses and offshore safety training.
  • Familiar and conversion with ISM & ISPS code requirement, compliance with SOLAS & MARPOL etc.
  • Must be computer literate.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM5, RM6,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
