Project Consultant – Biomedical Engineering

RESPONSIBILITIES:


•To lead and manage projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and closure.


•To lead the development, implementation and monitoring of project conception and design.


•To train, provide guidance and support to project team members where necessary


•Execute assigned tasks effectively and accurately within project timeline.


•Provide timely updates and communicate with project stakeholders.


•Prepare and communicate project and progress reports.


•Conduct sufficient research, literature reviews, evaluations, and analysis to support project deliverables.


•Prepare and present research paper and articles.


•Develop and present materials for training, webinars, seminar, presentations, and demos.


•Constantly aim to improving project delivery methods and procedures


•Prepare proposals, identify potential benefits, and recommend solutions for project implementation.


•Participate and/or conduct relevant presentation to clients when required.


•Communicate effectively both externally and internally.


•Openly share creative thoughts, ideas, knowledge, and experience with team member


•Keep abreast about trends, rules and regulations and issues related to healthcare industry.


•Support additional task assigned by superior when required.

REQUIREMENTS


•Minimum 5 year(s) of working experience in a Project Management role, preferably in a healthcare facility, medical equipment planning firm, or consultancy.


•Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering (or electrical, mechanical engineering with proven experience in a healthcare facility), or other healthcare related qualifications.


•This is a fully on-site job with travel required (within Malaysia and abroad).


•Highly proficient in English.


•Ability to work both in a team and independently, responsible, and accountable.


•Resourceful, good time management, analytical, and mature


•Self-starter, proactive.
