What your typical day will look like:

As a Senior Media Planner, your role is to support the senior planning team by managing day-to-day planning activities across key accounts. You will ensure campaigns are executed in line with strategic objectives, timelines, and budget, while maintaining strong relationships with media partners to deliver impactful media plans. You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaign excellence through effective coordination and best practices.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Manage the day-to-day media planning and coordination for assigned client accounts, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Support the team by preparing media plans, schedules, presentations, and other planning materials.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media owners to stay updated on market opportunities, media innovations, and trading strategies.
  • Work with cross function teams to ensure seamless campaign activation and delivery.

A bit about you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in media planning or a similar role within a media agency environment, fresh graduate is encourage to apply too
  • Good understanding of media planning principles, audience targeting, and media channel strategies (digital, e-Commerce, print, OOH, TV, etc.).
  • Familiarity with media research tools (e.g., Nielsen, GWI, SimilarWeb, or platform insights) and the ability to interpret media data to inform planning decisions.
