Key Responsibilities

2. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Source, negotiate, and manage vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Maintain good relationships with clients, partners, and internal departments.
  • Oversee on-site setup and ensure smooth event operations.

3. Marketing & Promotion

  • Support event marketing through social media, email campaigns, and other promotional channels.
  • Assist in preparing event materials, signage, and branding.
  • Coordinate media coverage and post-event publicity.

4. Budgeting & Reporting

  • Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and accurate expense tracking.
  • Prepare post-event reports, feedback summaries, and recommendations for future improvements.

5. Administrative Support

  • Maintain event databases, contracts, and documentation.
  • Assist in other marketing or administrative tasks as required.
