  • Coordinate and execute marketing events, roadshows, and product convoys according to the company's marketing calendar.
  • Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and event partners to ensure smooth event logistics and setup.
  • Prepare event materials, promotional items, and ensure proper branding display at all events and convoys.
  • Join and assist in events.
  • Ad Hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
  • Preferably 1–2 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or promotional activities.
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
  • Willing to travel and work on-site during events, roadshows, or convoys (including weekends/public holidays if required).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team under minimal supervision.
  • Physically fit and able to handle basic event setup (banners, buntings, booths, etc.).
  • Possess valid driving license.
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and able to work under pressure during event operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
