Restaurant Manager | Up to RM4300 | Bandar Jaya Putra, JB

Position: Restaurant Manager

Salary Package: RM4000-RM4300

Working Location: Bandar Jaya Putra, Johor Bahru

Company Background: Food & Beverage (Hotpot)

Working days : 6 days per week (Mon-Sun)

Rest Days : 1 day per week (Mon-Thurs)

Working Hours: 9:00am-3:00pm & 4:00pm-11:00pm

Job Descriptions :

  • Daily operation & Team Management
    • Perform overseeing whole restaurant operation (including kitchen), supervising staffs, assigning duties, ensure food safety and cleanliness.

  • Conduct hiring, training, motivation, duty assigned and staffs performance evaluations.

  • Inventory management

-Manage inventory by keep track stocks, handle procurement and monitor budget and operating cost to maximize profitability.

  • Customer Service Management

-Handling customers complaint and feedback regularly while maintain high quality dining experience standard.

  • Financial knowledge

-Understand basic knowledge of financial report (Profit&loss statement) to track daily sales report.

  • Regulatory and compliance

-Ensure comply with all health, cleanliness, food hygiene regulation.

Requirements

-Minimum diploma or degree equivalent (preferably in hospitality management, food & beverage management or business administration)

-2-3 years experience in F&B with proven supervisory or leadership management skill.

-Able to work under pressure
