This role is suitable for someone who is independent, has good connections and understanding of the Malaysia Tyre Industry, seeking a new challenge in a 100% B2B Hunter role, with 100% own time - own target remote work. *Requirements:*

  • Experience in developing distributor customers and product sales in tier 1 or 2 brands of tyre companies.
  • Familiar with mainstream tyre products and market competition (PCR, TBR, LT), understanding of tyre production processes, design requirements, and main technical features.
  • Strong communication skills; able to converse in Mandarin to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders
  • Advantage: Familiar with upstream raw materials of tyres (such as rubber, resins and other chemicals, etc.).

Responsibilities:

  • Follow the overall strategy of the group company, develop large tyre business distributors in local countries or regions in the Asia-Pacific region, sell the company's own brands and authorized brand tyre products, and achieve the established sales targets.
  • Manage existing distributor customers and business, maintain and upgrade customer relationships, expand the range of sales products, and improve sales performance.
  • Monitor and analyze local market customer needs, regulatory requirements, and future development trends. Track important initiatives and activities related to production, sales, and marketing of relevant tyre brands in the corresponding market.
  • Provide product training to customers in the corresponding market, provide after-sales support, and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage demand forecasting, collaborate with supply chain department colleagues to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Responsible for managing customer accounts receivable, confirming and signing contracts.
