Job Responsibilities:

Knowledge in loyalty programme & E-Commerce development & operations

  • Creative and innovative
  • Stay abreast of ongoing marketing trends or latest activities relates to loyalty programme & e- commerce
  • Responsible for implementing a loyalty programme and E-Commerce for the Group's retail, leisure and hospitality units
  • Take charge to recruit merchants and members to participate in the loyalty programme
  • Handle all liaison work with all participants and the service provider for the implementation of the system
  • Handle all operations of the loyalty programme and E-Commerce
  • Handle all documentations required for the implementation of the programme
  • To advise on the feedback received from time to time for the purpose of improving the programme and system
  • To conduct market survey and prepare market/competitor analysis
  • Assist on marketing collaterals which are related to the loyalty program and E-Commerce
  • To execute any other job responsibilities as and when required by the superior or any other persons designated by the Company which includes all Marketing, Promotions, Events & Activities.
  • Additionally for Senior Executive:

o   involvement to prepare and propose the company's annual plan & budget

o   involvement to lead & guide executives of the loyalty & e commerce programme

o   increase of CLUB IOI & IOI SHOPZ merchants' recruitment by 50% more than executive

o   marketing campaign partnership & sponsorship

o   system / solutions enhancement & implementations

o   branding planning & placement

o   developing users guide channels for both members & merchants

Job Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing or other related discipline
  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant working experience preferably in rewards/loyalty & e-commerce programme
  • Knowledge in using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop or equivalent
  • Possessed own transport and willing to work in Putrajaya
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
