Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team at Ray Tech (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru, Johor. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing strategies and initiatives to promote our innovative technology products and services.

1. Website & Digital Strategy

• Execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
• Create and upload content for the company website.
• Run SEO, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to improve engagement and conversions.

2. Digital Marketing & Social Media Management

• Manage and maintain all company social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and WeChat Channel.
• Plan and schedule regular postings to increase reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Support paid advertising initiatives when required.

3. Content Creation & Creative Design

• Design marketing creatives such as website graphics, festival greetings, banners, exhibition backdrops, and promotional materials.
• Handle video creation including shooting, editing, and post-production.
• Develop visually appealing and brand-consistent content for various channels.

4. Branding & Marketing Collaterals

• Prepare corporate materials including PowerPoint presentations, company write-ups, brochures, and business cards.
• Coordinate printing, production, and quality checks for all marketing collaterals.
• Ensure consistent branding across all internal and external materials.

5. Exhibition, Seminar & Event Support

• Prepare marketing checklists and coordinate all required items for exhibitions, seminars, and events.
• Assist in booth setup, promotional materials, registration, and on-site marketing support.
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth and successful event execution.

6. Communication in Mandarin (Mandatory), English and Malay is a MUST

• 准备营销清单,并协调展览、研讨会和活动所需的所有物品。

• 协助展位搭建、宣传材料准备、注册和现场营销支持。

• 与内部团队合作,确保活动顺利成功举办。

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, passion towards marketing. Or at least 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the manufacturing technology industry
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content
4. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, web analytics, and content management systems
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
6. Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns and initiatives
7. Creativity and a passion for staying up to date with the latest marketing trends and technologies
