About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Corporate Admin Assistant to join our team. This full-time role is crucial in supporting the smooth running of our business operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling incoming calls, emails, walk-in and correspondence in a professional and timely manner
  • Providing administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing meetings calendars and organising meetings
  • Maintaining and updating office records, files and databases
  • Assisting with the coordination of office supplies and inventory
  • Providing support for various projects and ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years' experience in an administrative or receptionist role, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work with a positive, can-do attitude
