Admin Assistant.
- Remind clients for payment and document collection.
- Executions of administrative tasks.
- Ensure all the document needed for account & audit work collect to smooth the work process.
- Compile and submit report to HR and Executive Director before 25th of every month.
- Collaborate with marketing personal in-charge with regard to promote company's service.
- To perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
**Job Types**: Full-time
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5.30pm (flexible time)
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
