Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
  • Ensure accurate and timely closing of monthly accounts.
  • Manage cash flow, payments, and collections efficiently.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other external parties.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
  • Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and cost analysis.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management or CFO.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in handling full set of accounts.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g. SQL, Autocount, or similar).
  • Good knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Independent, responsible, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
