About the Job

We are seeking a
detail-oriented and dedicated Accounts Executive
to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have a strong accounting background and hands-on experience in managing daily accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
  • Prepare and review bank reconciliations on a timely basis.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and management reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
  • Support the preparation of audit schedules and liaise with auditors when required.
  • Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
  • 2–3 years of relevant working experience in accounting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of full set of accounts.
  • Experience in the hotel industry will be an added advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
