About the role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our dynamic team at 91 Phila Sdn Bhd. This full-time position is based in Puchong, Selangor and will play a crucial role in supporting our bookkeeping and small practice accounting operations.
What you'll be doing
- Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Manage cash flow, payment vouchers, and invoices.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external parties when necessary.
- Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Perform ad hoc tasks and administrative duties as required.
What we're looking for
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in accounting (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, UBS) and Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
