Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Executive located in Puchong. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Day-to-day tasks include processing invoices, reconciling accounts, handling payroll, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. The Accounts Executive will also liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications

  • Financial Management, Accounting, and Bookkeeping skills
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to handle full set of accounts
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
