As part of our rapid expansion, we are seeking a highly organized and bilingual communicator to lead cross-department coordination and strengthen communication processes across our global operations.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Operations Communication Lead (Chinese & English) to manage communication between owners, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination and timely issue resolution. You will oversee communication processes, handle complex or urgent cases, and support operational planning to maintain consistent standards across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordination & Communication Process Leadership

  2. Liaise between owners, the online operations team, maintenance/cleaning teams, contractors, suppliers, and service partners to resolve issues promptly.

  3. Oversee, standardize, and improve communication workflows and processes across all stakeholders.
  4. Consolidate information, align updates, and participate in operational planning, weekly reviews, and performance tracking discussions.

  5. Ensure contractors comply with company standards and requirements, maintaining strong working relationships.

  6. Issue Escalation & Complex Case Handling

  7. Take the lead in handling complex, urgent, or high-impact communication issues involving owners, guests, contractors, or partners.

  8. Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve escalated matters and prevent recurrence.
  9. Serve as the decision-making point for disputes, service delays, or operational bottlenecks.
  10. Recommend improvements to communication flows, vendor performance, and service quality.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent command of both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential to support our diverse guest base.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Minimum 2–3 years in operations, coordination, or related fields.
  • Able to make quick decisions and resolve escalated or complex issues.
  • Comfortable working closely with internal teams for planning and updates.
  • Proficient with communication and task management tools (e.g. Lark, Notion, WeChat).
  • Experience in hospitality, property management, or service operations is an added advantage.
  • Must have a stable and reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
  • Able to adjust working hours and support operations during evenings, weekends, or public holidays when necessary.
