Role Description

  • The Creative Lead oversees the Creative department by hiring, training, and mentoring staffs.
  • Establish Creative department standards for production, productivity, quality of all the artwork / output material.
  • Ensure team adheres to current processes, identifies opportunities for improvement, and proposes and creates processes and tools to support design operations
  • Collaborate with internal Marketing team in creating marketing plans and aligning team priorities with business objectives so that high-quality artwork is delivered on time and on budget.
  • Develop art direction / creative approaches, styles, and techniques for the team.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer needs, and the competitor landscape, and work together with Marketing team to track campaign performance.

Responsibilities

  • Work with entire Creative team on creative art direction to elevate innovation and establish a unified brand look and feel across all the marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Conceptualize campaign vision, harnessing original graphics, content copy, website content, social media, and other marketing materials.
  • Develop creative briefs based on ideas from brainstorming sessions, with direction, schedules, and deliverables for the creative team.
  • Work together with traffic controller to delegate projects to designers and oversee storyboards.
  • Obtain Marketing team approval of final layouts, storyboards, and illustrations; encourage members to provide feedback; and respond to internal commentary and requests.
  • Oversee presentation of final concepts and coordinate production and dissemination for cross-departmental use.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a creative marketing manager / art director
  • Experience in web development
  • Experience in video production
  • Demonstrable experience in leading and managing a team, fostering collaboration, and driving results.
  • Hands-on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, image selection, and website design
  • Proficient use of Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wireframing tools; demonstratable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including social media management tools, marketing automation software, and web analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively convey marketing messages.
  • Solid knowledge of photography and video production.
