Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets, ensuring consistency in food quality, service, and hygiene standards.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Manage inventory, cost control, and supplier relationships.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare operational reports for management review.
  • Lead, train, and motivate outlet managers and staff to deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Plan and execute marketing or promotional activities in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Identify areas for improvement and drive continuous operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent understanding of F&B operations, customer service, and cost management.
  • Hands-on, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to travel or work on weekends/public holidays if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6, RM8,000.00 per month
