About This Program

At Synergy Dining Group, we believe in growing future leaders from within. Our Management Trainee Program is designed to provide fresh graduates with hands-on exposure across Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) operations in our vibrant F&B outlets.

Through structured rotations, mentorship and real-world challenges, you'll develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence to take on leadership roles such as Outlet Manager or Kitchen Manager in the future.

List of What You'll Experience

  • Gain hands-on exposure in outlet operations, customer service and kitchen management.
  • Rotate across multiple outlets and brands to broaden your understanding of F&B business.
  • Work closely with outlet managers, supervisors and chefs to understand daily operations.
  • Learn about people management, customer engagement, inventory and financial control.
  • Take on real responsibilities, from floor management to kitchen supervision.

We're Looking For

  • Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Business, or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome – no experience required
  • Passionate about F&B and building a long-term career in the industry.
  • Positive attitude, leadership potential and eagerness to learn.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends and across different outlets.
