Job Description:

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and letters.
  • Conduct legal research on company-related matters, including corporate, commercial, and employment laws.
  • Support in maintaining and updating the legal database, document filing system, and contract tracking.
  • Assist in preparing internal legal memos, reports, and correspondence.
  • Observe and participate in meetings, hearings, or briefings (where applicable).
  • Help ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by the Senior Legal.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree / Master in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
  • Minimum internship duration: 6 months.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and research skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team while managing tasks independently.
  • Able to work in Shah Alam.
