Ringkasan Tugas:

Bertanggungjawab untuk mengurus dan melaksanakan proses gaji dengan tepat dan mengikut jadual, termasuk rekod kehadiran, tuntutan elaun, potongan, dan caruman statutori seperti KWSP, PERKESO, dan PCB.

Tanggungjawab Utama:

  • Mengumpul dan menyemak rekod kehadiran, cuti, kerja lebih masa dan tuntutan elaun pekerja.
  • Menyediakan dan memproses gaji bulanan mengikut jadual yang ditetapkan.
  • Memastikan semua potongan seperti KWSP, PERKESO, EIS dan PCB dibuat dengan betul serta dihantar kepada pihak berkuasa berkaitan tepat pada masanya.
  • Menyediakan slip gaji dan laporan gaji bulanan untuk pengurusan.
  • Mengurus rekod pekerja yang berkaitan dengan gaji, elaun, dan cuti.
  • Menyediakan dokumen berkaitan seperti surat pengesahan gaji, penyata tahunan EA Form dan lain-lain.
  • Menyokong jabatan Sumber Manusia (HR) dalam hal berkaitan pampasan dan faedah pekerja.
  • Menyediakan laporan payroll untuk audit dalaman atau luaran apabila diperlukan.
  • Menjaga kerahsiaan semua maklumat berkaitan gaji dan data pekerja.

Keperluan Jawatan:

  • Minimum Diploma dalam bidang Perakaunan, Sumber Manusia, Pentadbiran atau bidang berkaitan.
  • Pengetahuan tentang undang-undang buruh dan peraturan statutori (KWSP, PERKESO, PCB, EIS).
  • Kemahiran komputer yang baik, khususnya dalam Microsoft Excel dan sistem penggajian
  • Teliti, amanah, dan mampu bekerja mengikut tarikh akhir (deadline).
  • Mempunyai sikap profesional dan menjaga kerahsiaan maklumat.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
