**Position**: Admin Assistant/Executive (Book Publisher)
**Salary**:RM 1,700 - RM 2,000
**Working Hours**: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
**Working Days**: Monday - Friday
**Location**: G-12, Platinum Hill Condominium PV6, Jalan Melati Utama, 53100 Setapak KL
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with company procedures, ensuring accuracy and timely issuance to suppliers/vendors.
- Maintain systematic filing systems for all administrative documents, correspondence, and records for easy retrieval and tracking.
- Assist in managing account records, including data entry, invoice tracking, petty cash handling, and basic bookkeeping support.
- Monitor and update inventory records, coordinate with relevant departments for restocking and procurement as needed.
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation for internal processes, including contracts, agreements, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods/services and resolve any discrepancies in POs or invoices.
- Support finance and audit processes by preparing and organizing relevant documents and assisting with reconciliation as required.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as preparing letters, managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and supporting daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, especially in documentation, recordkeeping, and procurement practices.
- Provide administrative support for ad-hoc projects and assist other departmentsas needed to ensure smooth office operations.

**Requirements / Preferred Qualifications**
- Minimum in SPM
- Experience in handling admin task.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
