Job Scope:
- Handle full sets of accounts and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with Malaysia Financial Reporting Standards and regulatory requirements as well as adherence to Company's policies and procedures;
- Prepare and submit SST returns;
- Process monthly payroll computations and generate payroll reports, as well as proceed statutory submission;
- Equipped with basic tax knowledge, able to perform tax filing for clients
- Assist in the preparation of reports and schedules that are to be delivered to the clients and other external parties;
- Ensure all clients' needs are met in regards to answering queries promptly, building relationship with client and anticipating requirements;
- Provide clients with value-adding recommendations for improvements in processes and controls.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or a professional qualification under ACCA, MIA and etc;
- 1-2 years accounting/audit work experience in a public accounting firm is preferable;
- Possess initiative and ability to work independently under tight deadlines;
- Warm colleague who is comfortable working in a small team;
- Enthusiastic learner who is eager to learn new skills;
- Equipped and experienced with SQL software is beneficial
