Procurement Executive

Prepare and submit quotations based on site verification and project drawings/specifications.
Review and interpret architectural and M&E designs to ensure accurate procurement and costing.
Conduct site visits to verify work progress, materials, and compliance with project requirements.
Monitor and control contractors on-site to ensure timely and quality execution of work.
Coordinate with vendors to procure materials within budget and specification.
Track and report procurement progress and any site-related issues.
Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies and approved budgets.
Requirements:
-Educational background in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
-Experience or exposure in Architecture and M&E project scopes is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong skills in cost estimation and quotation preparation.
Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external vendors/contractors.
Independent, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
