Job Description

  • Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, fostering collaboration, accountability, and KPI achievement—particularly in a shared-services or cross-functional environment.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
  • Monitor supplier performance and inventory levels, driving continuous improvement to reduce costs, enhance quality, and mitigate supply risks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally—especially with finance, operations, expansion and planning — to align procurement with broader business objectives.
  • Generate regular reports and analyses on procurement performance, cost savings, and operational trends for senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal standards, and industry regulations throughout all procurement activities.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement procurement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of procurement or supply chain experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role or team management.
  • Proven expertise in supplier/vendor management, contract negotiation, sourcing strategy, and performance tracking.
  • Strong analytical mindset with familiarity in procurement systems.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement regulations, risk management, and cost-control practices.
  • Experience in tenders is advantageous.
