Work Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Local hires are preferred)
Reporting Line: Overseas General Manager
Team Management: No team management responsibility (no direct subordinates)
Salary Range: Monthly salary of RMB 20, ,000 (pre-tax); negotiable for outstanding candidates
Interview Method: Video interview (communication in both English and Chinese)

II. Core Job Responsibilities
Sales Business Development: Responsible for the sales of health products, and implement the three major business models of "legal direct sales + key account development + distributor distribution" to ensure compliance and efficient advancement of business operations;
Customer & Channel Management: Maintain relationships with core key accounts, establish and optimize the local distributor network, promote the coverage of distribution business, and ensure stable sales volume (current target base is RMB 200 million, with the need to strive for higher performance);
Compliance & Reporting: Familiar with the regulations of the health product industry in Southeast Asia (primarily Malaysia), and ensure full-process compliance of business operations; regularly report sales data, business progress and market trends to the Overseas General Manager;
Performance Achievement: Be goal-oriented towards sales targets, break through business bottlenecks with strong sales capabilities, and achieve sales growth and volume targets for health products and beauty categories.
III. Job Requirements
Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Chinese; English can be used as the working language, and daily communication in Chinese is sufficient;
Industry Experience: At least 3 years of sales experience in relevant industries. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in:
Health product industry (e.g., Amway system, direct sales/key account models);
Traditional pharmaceutical companies or beauty industry (with experience in distribution/distributor management);
Sales Capabilities: Outstanding sales skills, with a track record of achieving large-scale sales volume (e.g., RMB 200 million+ in relevant categories); capable of independently connecting with key accounts and distributors, and conducting direct and efficient business communication;
Compliance Awareness: Understanding of the laws and regulations of the health product and beauty industries in Southeast Asia (especially Malaysia), and having awareness of compliant business operations;
Others: no adverse professional background, and able to adapt to the local work rhythm in Kuala Lumpur.
