The Content Creator is responsible for producing engaging, innovative, and high-quality content to support marketing strategies and enhance the company's online presence. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent storytelling skills and a deep understanding of social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development

  • Create original and engaging content for various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, blog posts).
  • Develop scripts, visuals, and storyboards for video and photo content.Write creative copy for social media posts, product descriptions, and campaigns.

Social Media Management

  • Plan, schedule, and post content across social media channels.
  • Monitor trends and adapt content to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and community inquiries promptly.

Campaign Planning

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to conceptualize and execute content for campaigns.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for new content ideas.

Photography & Videography

  • Capture and edit photos and videos to maintain high visual standards.
  • Ensure consistency in brand style, tone, and messaging.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance metrics (e.g., reach, impressions, engagement rates).
  • Use insights to improve future content and optimize strategies.

Brand Representation

  • Maintain and uphold the company's brand identity across all content.
  • Serve as a key storyteller to promote the company's vision and values.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Content Creator or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong photography and videography skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and social media algorithms.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance, Internship, Fresh graduate

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1, RM3,800.00 per month
