Job Scopes

  • Understand companies' brand guidelines and check to ensure they are followed across all channels.
  • Build and develop strong working / partnering relationships with clients and vendors by ensuring all understanding are aligned and communications are cascaded effectively to all parties.
  • Developing Artworks for Packaging Materials, Point of Sale Materials as per management's instructions, from time to time.
  • Review Product Packaging Artworks to meet clients expectation and to ensure zero error in the artwork prior to proceed for production / printing.
  • Organise and promote events by executing appropriate marketing promotions / activities as instructed by management while having strong sense of cost consciousness towards company budget.
  • Coordinating and accommodating requests from Sales Team as and when required.
  • Communicate all marketing promotions and information to clients / vendors / internal teams in an orderly manner. Eg: Email Marketing, WhatsApp, SMS, etc.

Requirement

  • Candidate must possess High Proficiency in Designing Software i.e Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop with proven graphic designing experience.
  • Self-driven and have the ability to use own initiative to kick start any jobs / tasks and provide constructive feedback where necessary.
  • Intuitive and alert towards current marketing trend and able to make necessary changes to in-hand tasks to suit management's expectation.
  • Good communication and customer service skills as candidate is expected to communicate effectively with both individuals from both internal and external.
  • Have good sense of artwork / design development and understands the mechanisms and processes of such activities.
  • Possess good maths knowledge as this position requires candidate to accurately tabulate promotional expenses and keeping it within budget.
  • Possess strong leadership skills and is decisive.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel when and where necessary.
  • Have the ambition and a desire to succeed.
