Malaysia Semiconductor Industry Association (MSIA) is an industry association encompassing individuals and companies in Malaysia involved with the semiconductor industry, its supply chain, and related services such as engineering, finance, and legal. MSIA aims to strategically develop Malaysia's semiconductor industry and elevate its global market position. The association serves as the collective voice of the industry, advocating its challenges and building positive relationships with the government and other organizations. MSIA collaborates with the government to formulate strategies and policies to enhance the global competitiveness of Malaysia's semiconductor industry.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for Finance / Membership Management. The role involves managing financial statements, budgeting, and accounting tasks associated with the association. Additionally, the role includes membership management responsibilities such as engaging with current members, recruiting new members, and addressing membership inquiries. The candidate will also be expected to prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Qualifications

  • Finance, Accounting, and Financial Statements skills
  • Excellent Analytical and Communication skills
  • Ability to manage memberships and interact with association members
  • Relevant experience in the semiconductor or related industries is a plus
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
