We are seeking a driven and results-oriented
Finance Manager
to oversee the financial operations of
WOLO Kuala Lumpur
. Reporting to the Hotel Manager, this role will manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting while providing strategic insights to improve performance across all properties. With strong analytical skills and a proactive approach, the Finance Manager will strengthen internal controls, monitor key metrics, and support long‑term financial strategies to drive growth and sustainability.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee full financial management
    including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and group financial reporting
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements
    (monthly, quarterly, annual) and compliance with standards.
  • Monitor and manage hotel financial performance
    , identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process
    in coordination with property managers and department heads.
  • Implement and maintain strong internal controls
    to safeguard assets, prevent fraud, and ensure data accuracy; liaise with auditors.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights
    on profitability, cost control, capital investments, and key metrics (RevPAR, GOP).
  • Support long-term financial strategy and sustainability
    , collaborating with finance teams and preparing ad-hoc reports for management.

CANDIDATES PROFILE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably in the field of hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, Excel, and financial modeling tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to ethical practices.
