The
Finance Manager
is responsible for overseeing the company's financial health through strong leadership and meticulous financial management. The role reports into the VP – Finance, involves leading a team of 8–10 finance professionals, and driving excellence in financial operation, reporting, and partnering with business leaders to achieve sustainable growth. This position plays a key role in stakeholder engagement, financial governance, and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team of 8–10 professionals, fostering excellence across all financial operations.
  • Oversee financial operations, reporting, and budgeting processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant standards.
  • Prepare and deliver insightful financial analyses to support strategic planning and operational decision-making.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders including department heads, auditors, and regulatory bodies to maintain transparency and effective financial governance.
  • Strengthen and continuously enhance internal control systems and compliance frameworks.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, accuracy, and automation within financial systems.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the finance function.
  • Represent the company at travel exhibitions and industry events to support business development and engagement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support financial operations and contribute to the company's growth objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or equivalent, with direct responsibility for managing a team of
    8–10
    finance professionals.
  • Bachelor's Degree
    in Accounting, Finance, or a completed professional qualification such as
    ACCA
    or
    CPA
    .
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Strong knowledge in
    financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis
    .
  • Meticulous, analytical, and hands-on with a strong sense of ownership and integrity.
  • Excellent
    leadership, communication, and presentation
    skills.
  • Strong business acumen with a
    growth mindset
    and commitment to continuous learning.
  • Experience in process improvement, system implementation, or workflow optimization is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, ERP systems and financial software applications.
