Operations Executive (Supply Chain Management) – Medical Devices

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Operations Executive to lead demand planning, forecasting, and drive operational excellence across our supply chain. This role requires a balance of strategic insight and hands-on execution to ensure that supply aligns with business needs—efficiently, cost-effectively, and at the desired service levels.

You will act as a key liaison between commercial teams, supply chain functions, and operations, contributing to both business continuity and scalable growth.

Job Descriptions

Operations Management

·       Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including inventory control, warehousing, and transportation/distribution logistics.

·       Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize lead times.

·       Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g., logistics partners) to ensure seamless operational execution.

Business & Process Management

·       Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs related to demand planning, supply chain operations, and service performance.

·       Support budgeting processes, cost management, and continuous process improvement.

·       Participate in the implementation and enhancement of digital tools, systems, and dashboards for real-time operational visibility.

Stakeholder Management

·       Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members or coordinators.

·       Serve as a key point of contact for resolving operational issues and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.

Job Requirements

·       Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, or operations management—preferably within the medical device or a related industry.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in ERP systems and data-driven decision-making.

·       Demonstrated success in inventory optimization and driving operational efficiency.

·       Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

·       Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

·       Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a strong advantage.
