Job Summary

Project Executive role is to ensure to assist the product owner to follow up with software development, testing and quality assurance of the product. This role requires a combination of project management skills, technical expertise in software testing (manual & automation), and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:

  • Stakeholder management (internal & external), communicating with developers and departments to make sure requirements are met.
  • Strong communication skills to transfer accurate information.
  • Being able to keep an overview of the project and keep track of details.
  • Planning skills while maintaining flexibility and adaptability to changes.
  • Writing meeting minutes during meetings.
  • Preferrable to have technical/software understanding.
  • Provide product training, technical training, and SOP training.
  • Assist in testing products and reporting on bug issues.

EDUCATION LEVEL & MAJOR

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or equivalent.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

  • Preferably with 1 year of experience in the related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

REQUIRED LANGUAGE

  • English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (Mandarin is an added advantage).

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to implement changes where necessary.
  • Must be very flexible, responsible, well organized, solid problem-solving skills, work well under pressure and able to handle hectic work schedule.
  • Strong communication and people skill.
  • Knowledge of software development is advantageous.

WORKING HOURS & OFF DAY

  • Monday to Friday
  • Flexible working hours
