About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team at Redo Marketing Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam, Selangor. As a full-time member of our dynamic organisation, you will play a pivotal role in our financial accounting and reporting operations, contributing to the overall success of the company.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist, prepare and maintain accurate accounts receivable, staff claims and E-invoicing.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and best practices
  • Support the month-end and year-end close processes, including the timely submission of financial reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial information and insights to support decision-making
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and best practices, and implement necessary process improvements
  • Keen in continuous learning and development

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior accounting role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or CPA)
  • Excellent knowledge of financial accounting principles, reporting standards, and best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
