Position Title : Sales and Marketing Manager

Reporting to : General Manager

The Sales & Marketing Manager leads the development and execution of sales strategies, promotions, and events to support business growth. This role provides key market insights, manages distributor/Planner performance, and ensures strong alignment with national objectives.

  • Support and execute national sales strategies to achieve the company's Business Point and Planner targets.
  • Set regional sales objectives by preparing sales plans and quotas aligned with national goals.
  • Establish and adjust sales targets based on a strong understanding of business metrics and performance trends.
  • Achieve sales goals by forecasting needs, preparing annual budgets, managing expenses, analyzing variances, and taking corrective actions.
  • Develop country-level sales strategies using insights from member metrics, product performance, geographic opportunities, and member demographics.
  • Maintain and grow the customer and Planner base by supporting local leadership, building strong relationships, and identifying new distributor opportunities.
  • Lead the development, implementation, tracking, and reporting of sales strategies to achieve targets and KPIs.
  • Analyze city-level metrics and performance for management reporting and strategic decision-making. Identify and develop events (activities, trainings, campaigns, etc.) to target different market segments, ensuring high-quality content and proper speaker selection.
  • Plan and develop promotions to drive distributor sales across various segments, based on business performance and analytics.
  • Manage communications to Planners and customers regarding marketing promotions, events, campaigns, and brand awareness activities.
  • Analyze Planner and organizational performance and provide reports and insights to key distributor leaders.
  • Strengthen communication and relationships between Planners and the company by delivering timely, accurate, and relevant information.
  • Lead and support major company events, campaigns, and trainings.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (any field)
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in Sales & Marketing with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in the MLM (Multilevel Marketing) / direct-selling industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong skills in sales planning, forecasting, KPI management, and market analysis.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with distributors/leaders.
  • Experience in events, trainings, promotions, and campaign planning.
  • Strong leadership, analytical skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Able to manage multiple projects, work independently, and travel when required.
  • Salary Range: RM10,000 – RM13,000

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM10, RM13,000.00 per month
