You will be responsible for managing the company's IT infrastructure, systems, and digital assets to ensure seamless and secure operations. You also will be able to involve closely with our vendors, internal teams, and management to sustain a more reliable IT hardware, software, and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Procurement and Licensing: Ensure licenses stay updated, coordinate workmanship of vendors, and manage the renewal and purchase of servers, network devices, and essential hardware and software—including antivirus and server licenses.
  • Domain and SSL Management: Oversee domain registration, DNS settings, and SSL certificates to ensure secure, uninterrupted web and email services, including timely renewals, DNS updates, and performance optimization.
  • ERP and Systems Administration: Manage and support ERP systems to ensure smooth operations in accounting, trading, and resource management, handling user access, troubleshooting, updates, and maintenance to reduce downtime.
  • Network Infrastructure: Design, install, and maintain network infrastructure—routers, switches, and cabling—to ensure reliable, high-performance connectivity, including new office setups and vendor coordination for upgrades.
  • CCTV Setup and Maintenance: Coordinate with vendors to maintain and troubleshoot CCTV systems, ensuring all equipment remains operational and maintenance schedules are followed.
  • MIS Administration: Support company events by managing the PA system, maintain accurate asset tagging in line with company policies, and handle special assignments or ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Final year bachelor's degree students in e commerce, marketing, business and administration or related field.
  • Good administrative and organization skill.
  • Good in Microsoft word, excel, power point.
  • Able to work as a team.
  • Willing to learn new things.
  • Is a strong team player, shrewd interface agent and a confident communicator.
  • Is always fueled with positivity, energy and can-do attitude in managing assigned responsibilities.
  • Has proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Has 3 to 6 months' availability for the internship placement.
  • Has outstanding academic and extraordinary non-scholastic achievement in any discipline.
