Job scope:

  1. Ensure that operations comply with Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) amendment 2022 and APAD's ICOP Safety Code.

  2. Conduct regular safety inspections of vehicles, warehouses, loading areas, and general site.

  3. Monitor pre-trip inspections or vehicle safety checks (e.g., load securing, condition of transport vehicles).

  4. Assist or coordinate safety trainings, inductions, and toolbox talks (briefings) for drivers, warehouse staff, and other operations personnel.

  5. Promote a safety culture: encourage reporting of hazards, safe behavior, use of PPE, etc.

  6. Assist with procurement and inventory tracking of safety equipment (PPE, signage).

  7. Maintain training records, minutes, and follow-up actions from safety meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
