8.To plan and manage Subcont operation to meet production requirement and achievement.

9.To make sure Subcont line run as quality expectation.

10.To monitor and advice improve for Subcont line in term of space productivity and 5S activity in line.

11.To manage and improve Subcont operation job steps.

12.To plan,improve and improve profit and reduce manufacturing cost able to achieve through Subcont operation.

13.To plan,manage and do effective analysis on product and quality problem.

14.Direct,control and motivate subordinate in all aspects of their work to achieve effective performance.

15.To support technical people in carrying out any improvement activity.

16.To make sure all QMS requirements are satisfied.

17.To contribute to continous improvement of production,safety,quality,cost,productivity and work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,200.00 per month
