Lead E&I segment growth by driving high revenue, working closely with business development, specification and other functions
Directly manage large strategic accounts and enhance business relationship with existing customers
Monitor and achieve assigned annual sales target and Gross margin %. Developing new market opportunities for Hempel in the Energy and Infrastructure segment.
Developing strong relationships with industry influencers and important stakeholders in driving and penetrating specifications and business development efforts.
What Are We Looking For?
Degree in Marketing /Engineering /Chemistry /Sales Management
Experience-equivalent 6-8 years B2B sales, value selling, solution selling experience, preferably with proven sales record preferably in construction fire protection, oil and gas industry e.g. a materials' related position in one of the major owners/engineering companies, together with a sound business acumen, and/or
a key account management position, working for an international supplier of technical solutions to the construction industry
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills Strong negotiation skills
Should have worked with cross functional teams and been able to drive results
