If you're the kind of person who sees an empty space and instantly imagines a full-blown immersive experience — we want to talk. We're on the hunt for a Junior Creative Director (Events) who lives at the intersection of storytelling, spatial design, and bold execution.

This isn't just about pretty decks. It's about building unforgettable physical environments — and bringing them to life in 3D before the first light rig goes up.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Concept and design event experiences from theme to floor plan to finishing touches.
  • Build pitch decks, creative direction documents, and visual mockups.
  • Create 3D renderings, layouts, and spatial visualizations to bring ideas to life — for both internal teams and clients.
  • Work hand-in-hand with design, production, and client servicing teams.
  • Present creative work with clarity, confidence, and a bit of flair.
  • Stay ahead of trends in experience design, brand engagement, and creative tech.
  • Be involved in event setup and live execution, ensuring the vision lands right.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years in events, creative studios, brand activation, or similar fields.
  • Strong creative portfolio with 3D event work — layout design, stage design, installations, etc.
  • Proficiency in:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • 3D software (SketchUp, 3DS Max, Blender, or similar)
  • Clear communicator and confident presenter — in visuals, slides, or in the room.
  • Able to work under pressure, pivot fast, and still keep the creative tight.

Bonus Points

  • Hands-on experience in event production.
  • Love for interactive, immersive, or tech-enhanced experiences.
  • Can walk the line between creativity and feasibility — and knows when to bend the rules.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6, RM10,000.00 per month
