Job Responsibilities

1. According to the business requirements of the LMW factory, complete the update of the LMW LICENSE, as well as the updates of Lampiran A1/A2/A3; and make M1/M2/M4 declarations.

2. Based on the factory's business needs, complete the import and export declarations of equipment, materials, and finished products, make courier reservations and declarations; make declarations for outsourced processing; make declarations for waste material disposal; handle PCO/NPCO; handle license applications; complete the import/export customs management for new projects.

3. Comply with Malaysian policy requirements for compliance management and control customs risks; summarize and archive all import and export data, and verify the import/export data with the factory's inventory count.

4. Logistics transportation scheduling, follow-up during transit; handling of logistics-related abnormalities; daily assessment of customs brokers/forwarders; reconciliation and payment of logistics and customs fees.

5. Based on customer needs and production capacity, make production planning, follow up on the completion of finished products to ensure shipment according to customer requirements.

6. Other customs-related work, tasks assigned by the superior leader.

Recruitment Requirements:

1. Proficient in computer operations, sensitive to data, with strong logical thinking, strong work responsibility, and excellent communication and coordination skills.

2. Have rich local customs and trade experience in Malaysia, with more than 3 years of experience in LMW factories. Be able to independently complete LMW LICENCE extension, Lampiran A1/A2/A3 update; M1/M2/M4 declaration; import and export declaration, PCO/NPCO processing.

3. Have the ability to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
