About the role

This is a full-time Restaurant Supervisor position based in Sunway Velocity, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur.

What you're required to

  1. Hands-on to operate and manage restaurant daily sales task in order to achieve sales target.
  2. Lead and work with the team to practice business operation SOP to ensure both service and food quality at all time.
  3. Preparing work reports as per schedule.
  4. Training and recruitment whenever necessary.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in similar position and role within the Food & Beverages/Bar outlet industry
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and profitability in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership, people management and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional customer experiences
