Responsibilities


• Analyze and evaluate existing business processes across multiple functions to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.


• Gather, document, and validate business requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders.


• Develop insight-driven recommendations and propose ERP solutions aligned with organizational goals.


• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to effectively communicate findings and recommendations.


• Work closely with technical teams, ERP consultants, and business units to ensure smooth ERP implementation.


• Provide support in testing, training, and change management activities during project rollout.


• Act as a bridge between business and IT teams, ensuring alignment on project deliverables and timelines.


• Monitor project progress, track issues, and ensure timely resolution to meet business objectives.


• Prepare and maintain clear documentation, including business process flows, requirement specifications, and functional designs.


• Support post-implementation review to ensure ERP solutions deliver intended value.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.


• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Hands-on experience in ERP implementations (Finance, Manufacturing, Consolidation, Supply Chain, Construction, Property, IoT is an advantage).


• Expertise in business process assessment and requirement definition.


• Proficiency with business analysis tools and methodologies.


• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
