In this role, you'll take full ownership of installation, maintenance, and customer support for our products — including vacuum cleaners and related devices. You'll ensure every customer enjoys a seamless and satisfying experience, from setup to after-sales service.

Your role is essential to our growth story — combining technical expertise, customer interaction, and operational independence. You'll also enjoy a competitive basic salary plus commission for every product sold in-store, giving you the freedom to grow your earnings as you grow with us.


What You'll Do
  1. Installation & Setup: Install and repair products at customer homes or business locations, ensuring top performance and satisfaction.
  2. Maintenance & Repairs: Conduct regular servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on machines such as vacuum cleaners and other related products.
  3. Troubleshooting: Identify issues quickly and deliver effective, long-lasting solutions.
  4. Customer Interaction: Communicate clearly with customers — explain issues, guide product usage, and provide friendly, reliable support.
  5. Documentation: Keep accurate service records, including parts used, work done, and customer feedback.
  6. Parts Management: Manage inventory of replacement parts and ensure timely ordering and availability for service needs.
