Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification.
  • Preferably with relevant working experience in production, plant operation, or maintenance.
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual and technical tasks.
  • Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule.
  • Able to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Possess good teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Plant Supervisor in performing activities related to production operations and maintenance of industrial plant equipment and machinery.
  • Support the operation, monitoring, and management of the PLC system and assist with plant maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct routine checks, troubleshooting, and corrective actions for any equipment breakdowns to ensure all machines operate at optimum efficiency.
  • Monitor product quality at critical control points and collect in-process samples and tank yard samples for Laboratory Department testing.
  • Perform inter-tank transfers of raw materials or end products as required.
  • Assist in loading and unloading of raw materials, chemicals, and finished products.
  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of plant buildings and facilities.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
