Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Immigration Consultant based in Kuala Lumpur. The Senior Immigration Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on immigration matters, managing visa applications, staying updated on local and global immigration regulations, and providing tailored consulting services. The role requires identifying solutions for clients and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and policies. The candidate will coordinate with clients, government agencies, and legal professionals to ensure a smooth immigration process.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in handling immigration issues and visa applications
  • Strong understanding of global immigration requirements, laws, and policies
  • Significant experience and expertise in consulting and providing client-centric immigration solutions
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and familiarity with compliance standards
  • Experience with using case management systems is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, International Relations, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in immigration consulting or related fields is highly beneficial
