Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor production lines and perform regular QC checks.
  • Drive continuous improvement to enhance product and process quality.
  • Ensure products meet customer standards and pass quality audits.
  • Develop quality plans for new product launches.
  • Prepare quality reports across design, pre-production, and production stages.
  • Maintain ISO and accreditation compliance.
  • Conduct supplier audits and verify incoming material quality.
  • Test finished products to ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Identify root causes of defects and implement corrective actions.
  • Train and guide QC personnel on quality practices.
  • Keep accurate records and coordinate quality issues with production.
  • Support lean manufacturing and other improvement initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Industrial Science, or Information Systems.
  • Minimum 5 years in manufacturing or production quality roles.

  • Certifications in ISO, Six Sigma, or TQM preferred.

  • Solid understanding of quality systems and industry standards.

  • Skilled in QA tools, methodologies, and improvement techniques.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Proven leadership and ability to drive cross-functional teamwork.

  • Hands-on experience with CAPA and process improvement programs.
