Responsibilities :

  • Stamp duty submission – Support the end-to-end execution process of stamp duty submission for credit application forms (Easy Payment Plan "EPP") and instalment subscription plan (Espring Subscription Plan "ESP").
  • Credit check on ESP applicant – Support the administration tasks of credit check on applicants via accessing to the reports or database of Credit Reporting Agency "CTOS". Support the execution of approval and rejection process.
  • Debt recovery – Support the administration tasks of debt recovery from the debtors, termination of defaulted plans and reporting of defaulters to CTOS.
  • Other duties – Perform additional tasks as assigned by the upline or management (including the EPP, if required).

Qualification, experience, and other requirements

  • Diploma Holder
  • English and Bahasa Melayu – reading and writing
